  2. Condition: The return must be in its original, unopened packaging and in new, unused condition.
  3. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  1. Whole Water Softener Units: We do not accept returns for water softeners installed by our professionals at your residential or commercial location.
  2. Used, Altered, or Damaged Items: We do not accept returns for items that have been used, altered, or damaged.
